The Ball Pressure Tester is designed for evaluating the heat resistance of electrical enclosures and external parts made from insulating materials. This precision instrument complies with multiple international standards including IEC 62368-1, IEC 60884-1, and IEC 60669-1.
The conditioned specimen is placed on a preheated support and subjected to a 20N force via a 5mm steel ball. The complete assembly remains in a temperature-controlled oven for one hour. After removal and cooling, any indentation is precisely measured to determine material performance.
